2 years warranty period for Bosch gas wall-hung boilers;
the possibility to extend the warranty after expiry of the regular 2 year warranty period through service plans (bronze, silver and gold service card) or through individual service on a pay per incident basis;
our own service center network all over China and after sales service provided by authorized service partners;
consulting to optimize your heating system to increase comfort and to reduce energy consumption as to save costs (e.g. by upgrade with a room thermostat);
availability of spare parts for at least 15 years after purchasing the Bosch wall-hung boiler;
fixed price policy for spare parts all over China (please call for further information);
24 hour service hotline and separate complaint line (see contact numbers);
many additional services.
