2006 Dealer Conference in Yantai

Tianjin Buderus Heating Technology took the opportunity at a conference on July7, 2006 in Yantai to update TT trading partners on strategies and measures aimed at improving customer focus and growing the business. As Werner Witte, General Manager, explained, the task for TT is to establish itself as a one-stop supplier for heating technology and comp-rehensive service with the Bosch and Buderus brands. Thomas Schreier, Technical Director, emphasized that service quality is crucial to market success. He also demon-strated that the corporate design of company representa-tives’ work clothes also makes a good impression on the end customer by taking to the podium dressed in the uniform worn by TT service fitters. Liu Chen, Head of National Sales & Marketing, reported on the major current marketing measur-es, while Product Manager David Fu introduced the present product range and the new boilers which are soon to be laun-ched in China. Aside from these presentations, the attendees also had th e chance to discuss other matters of interest. Aspects of daily operations such as delivery terms and inventory came under the spotlight.
